We’re just fine with the silly hats and always travel with a pair of gumboots in the car. Our people are doers – in the paddock, in the mill and working in the lab. Wherever we are we give it everything, because when you’re involved in something from the moment it’s planted in the ground, to the day it’s driven out the door, it makes it that much more important to make it the best.
